Nurse is a credential provided by ID.me that allows verified nurses to access exclusive offers and benefits. You are eligible for a Nurse credential if any of the below segments apply to you:

Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioners (ARNP)
Registered Nurses (RN)
Licensed Practical Nurses (PN/LPN)
Advanced Practice Registered Nurses (APRN)

Medical Provider is a credential provided by ID.me that allows verified doctors and medical providers to access exclusive offers and benefits. You are eligible for a Medical Provider credential if you're a doctor or medical provider.

What happens when I verify my status? Are there any discount restrictions?

ID.me will issue a Nurse credential to registered nurses or a Medical Provider credential to doctors and medical providers. Once your credential is verified, you will automatically receive 10% off your order. Simply click or tap on the Verify with ID.me button in the PureFormulas Shopping Cart, and select the Nurse or Medical Provider option in the ID.me verification window, to receive discounts on future orders. PLEASE NOTE: By verifying with ID.me and applying the 10% discount, all other available discounts and promotions will be overridden. This discount cannot be combined with any other promotional codes and cannot be applied to PureFormulas promotional card purchases.
