What is included?


UPS cannot ship to P.O. Box, FPO, APO, or DPO addresses.

PureFormulas, Inc. reserves the right to limit the order quantity on any product and/or to refuse to ship product to any customer for any reason, or for no reason whatsoever, with or without prior notice.

Free standard shipping applies only to deliveries within the continental U.S., Alaska, and Hawaii.

Orders before 6 PM Eastern Time will ship the same day.

Refrigerated products need more care and might ship the next day. A cooler/ice pack fee may apply.

Same day shipping doesn’t apply if your order is placed over the weekend or on major U.S. holidays like:
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Christmas Day
  • New Year's Day

Please note: orders placed over the weekend (Saturday and Sunday) will not be shipped until the earliest business day. Also, orders over $500 will require a signature at delivery.

    We offer international shipping to the following locations:

    Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Hong Kong, Ireland, Japan, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Singapore, Sweden, and the United Kingdom.

    For shipments outside of the U.S. please note that:

    • U.S. law applies as to the shipment.

    • The products that we sell are legal and may be sold and used in the U.S. You are solely responsible to confirm that the product is legal and may be purchased and used by you in your country. Note that laws change from time to time in all countries, and that your country’s customs service may reject a shipment of product that no longer is allowed to be sold there. Because of regulations governing foreign countries, customs, and shipping policies, please note that we cannot issue refunds or accept returns on any products shipped outside of the United States for any reason. We are not responsible for issues that may arise pertaining to international orders, unexpected product damages or problems, or any delays affecting your delivery date. If your international order is lost or misplaced at customs or your local postal facility, we cannot offer a replacement or refund. Shipping or custom fees are also not subject to refund. PureFormulas is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

    • On high-volume orders, additional shipping and handling fees are applicable depending on your country of origin.

    • Should we learn that a product may not be sold or used in your country:
    - It may be removed from our catalog for sale to customers in your country without notice, at our sole discretion.
    - If an order has been placed but not shipped, we may cancel the order and reimburse your payment. Reimbursement of your payment will be your only relief in such an instance.

    • Due to inconsistencies in customs and duties from country to country, we cannot assume responsibility for taxes or unexpected issues related to your delivery. If you are unsure whether an item can ship to your country, it is your responsibility to contact customs and get necessary verification.

    Important Message Regarding International Deliveries

    Due to COVID-19 circumstances, international shipping times are expected to be significantly extended. Please note that it may take 4-8 weeks (or longer) of transit time for your package to be delivered.

    These impacted shipping times are the result of world-wide limitations on air transportation and deliveries across all carriers. Once your package is in transit, it is subject to delays affecting various shipping processes and air travel. Furthermore, please note numerous countries have specific regulations and lockdown policies that may delay your order delivery.

    Shipments outside of the United States are subject to different rates and use different shippers which will be identified at the time that the order is placed. You, the customer, are responsible and solely bear the risk for all applicable duties, fines and taxes. You also bear the risk of government seizure or delay of the shipment.

    Orders are typically sent to international shipping handlers Tuesdays and Fridays. In the absence of a 10-pound batch minimum, orders are held until the following week's shipping day(s). Thereafter, international shippers reserve the right to process and ship packages at their discretion, which is outside of PureFormulas' control.

    As of July 1st, 2021, the following changes to the VAT rules in the EU will become effective:

    • All B2C distance sales of goods will be subject to VAT in the country where the merchandise is received (destination country).
    • If the non-EU seller is collecting VAT at checkout (DDP), the seller is required to charge, collect, and pay local VAT on that particular transaction.
    • The current threshold of 22 EUR (low-value goods being exempt from VAT) will be abolished starting July 1st, 2021.
    • For any DDU sales using the postal service, the final recipient will be charged local VAT on that particular transaction due to the abolishment of the 22 EUR threshold.

    When one or more items in your order is Out of Stock. All back-ordered items are shipped as soon as they come in.

    Some products require ice packs to keep them cold. A custom styrofoam cooler with gel packs will be included in your package as part of the UPS Next Day Ice Pack/Cooler ($27.99) shipping method. Your package may thaw or melt during shipping, but don’t sweat it! The temperature in the container is well below the level at which damage can occur. To ensure you keep getting the most from your product, refrigerate it after removing it from the PureFormulas package.

    Do note that cooler items are shipped Monday through Thursday only.
